a bit more about the why....



So we have just over 8 weeks to go!

We did a gentle training  walk in July just round Rivelin Valley just over 4 miles...

Need a bit more training for August...


Team members were Becky. Lizze and Wendy with support from Lauren and Bertie the border terrier!

So we thought we should tell you a little bit more about what we are fund raising for...


Amy and Wendy went to visit Alder Hey Children's hospital, and they had the most fantastic piece of kit....

It is basically a 3D interactive TV , it allows children to engage with a game during painful and stressful procedures to help take there minds of it...

This would be a perfect addiction to medical daycare

Progress check from Theo!

Progress check from Theo! So Theo from The Children's hospital charity  https://www.tchc.org.uk/ checked into medical daycare on Wednesday the 13th  June to check on our progress! He was impressed with all our posters and training! But we are still waiting for our first donation so if you can help.....
